General: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 10 days of purchase and in its original condition, unworn or tampered with, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Swimsuits, Pre-orders, Sale Items & Gift Cards. We do not offer refunds for swimsuits, pre-orders, gift cards or sale items. All sales of these items are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
